Five things you need to own NOW

Cheltenham has inspired us this week to look at some lady like dressing. Fussy fascinators and hideous pashminas are not optional coverups for this get up though, instead a black tailored mid length cape worn open and draped would be a better option. Anyhoo, if you want to get gee’d up for the gee gees or any other special occasion – read on.

Next are knocking it out of the park with their collection this season. This clever little dress has a super slimming black silhouette set against a vibrant yellow backdrop. It’s pleated too so still ticks the fashion box plus it falls below the knee for an elegant silhouette.

You just cannot beat New Look for a quick fashion fix. These monochrome sandals are very Rihanna and are super leg lenthening to boot.

Oasis has been very quiet of late, with their last couple of collections being quite hit and miss. However, there are some green shoots sprouting up, and a new leaf being turned at the store. We like the tropical collection for Summer, in particular which is super fun. This clutch with parrots adorning the front is sweet!

Garrett Mallon has been steadfastly bringing high quality designs out of his workshop in Carlingford for the last 25 years, serving customers in the States and beyond. His work is 3D in nature and is quite detailed yet delicate. They make beautiful gifts.

Urban Decay have some deadly shades it has to be said and a bold geometric dress needs a dramatic shade on the lips. This waterproof, long-lasting formula lays down intensely pigmented, super-comfortable color with insane wear. This one in the vampy shade of  blackmail is bang on trend.
